    Just Arrived photography specializes in newborn and family photography. Just Arrived also maintains and hosts web pages for its clients who choose to have an on-line album of their images.

  2. What type of currency does Just Arrived accept?
    Just Arrived accepts Canadian and US funds as payment. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and cheques are accepted as forms of payment.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our office at 604-736-1212 or toll free at -1877-222-9306. Refunds will be completed once the product has been received at our office.

  5. What are your office hours?
    We are open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. Closed on weekends and holidays. All office hours are Pacific Standard Time.

  6. How many photos are taken during a session?
    There is no preset amount of photos to be taken. We work with each client one on one and continue until the client is happy.

  7. How do I view the photos taken?
    Once the session is complete, our photographers will preview the images with you.

  8. When will I receive my photos?
    Your photos are printed at our office and then mailed out or held for pick-up. If mailed, your photos should arrive within 14 - 28 business days.
